Production

All items are made to order, meaning, that we don’t have a stock of pre-made products, instead, we will produce a product after you place an order. Production times are usually around 1–3 days, but sometimes, during busy seasons, it can take up to 7 business days to produce your order. During high sale seasons, we will announce the estimated production time. If no announcements are made, then the production times are about 1–3 business days.

Shipping

All items are shipped by registered post. Shipping price is $5. Estimated shipping times:

• European Union: 1–2 weeks
• Rest of the World: 2–3 weeks

We also offer express shipping using a dedicated courier. The price is $25 and most of the parcels are delivered within 1-3 business days after they’ve been handed over to the carrier.

During busy seasons or, in rare cases, due to customs, shipping may take a little longer.

Customers are responsible for paying any customs or taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery date. Please get in touch with us before returning an item so that we can arrange the shipping details. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns on custom, personalised, or sale items.

We can offer exchange on items of the same or greater value. If the item you want to exchange for, is of a greater value, customer will pay the difference. Only unopened and unused items are valid for exchange. Customer covers the shipping costs.

Please do not ship anything without first getting in touch with us.

In case of a refund, one will be issued via the original payment method that was used during the checkout, after the returned goods were received and inspected for damages.

Warranty

Each product comes with free re-stitching and metal hardware replacement warranty for the duration of the product’s lifetime.

Personalization

We can personalize your items with stamped phrases and initials. Read more about leather product personalization.

Materials

We use full-grain vegetable tanned leather for all our products. We use waxed linen thread for stitching and solid-brass and solid-steel hardware. Products are impregnated with special beeswax and natural oils compound.

Production locations

Even though the company was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, it has soon moved to Klaipėda, Lithuania. Currently, all products are produced and designed in a latter location.
